for a girly dress my fall back position is always chunky boots....high or lo.s...womething a bit bikerish?? St. John's Wood Oxfam came up trumps with a long, crew-neck, black cashmere Pure sweater and a black, Karen Miller zippy biker-style jacket...... hoorah!!
